Welcome to Bharatiya Mahila Darshanika Parishad

Dear Member/ Friend,

The Seventh Annual Conference of Bharatiya Mahila Darshanika Parishad (BMDP) is going to be held under the auspices of K. B. Women’s College, a constituent unit of Vinoba Bhawe University, Hazaribag, Jharkhand, from 16th to 18th March 2012. Prof. Dr. Kivita Verma, Head of the Department of Hindi, B. R. A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur has kindly consented to grace the chair of ‘General President’ of the session.

You are cordially invited to attend. Vice-Chancellors/ Head of the Departments/ Principals are requested to nominate delegates (ladies).

Deliberations will be made under following three sections presided by persons noted against:

Research Papers are invited to be presented under referred sections either in English or in Hindi language. Abstract of Paper along with registration & membership fee (for new members only) should reach latest by 30th January, 2012 to Dr. Neelima Sinha, General Secretary, BMDP, Department of Philosophy (SAP Office), Magadh University, Bodh Gaya-824 234 through a D.D. issued in favor of Bharatiya Mahila Darshanika Parishad payable at Central Bank of India, Bodhgaya. An electronic copy of the paper and abstract prepared in Ms Word, Font-Times New Roman/Kurthidev/ Agra is expected to be received on ‹neelima_sinha04@rediffmail.com› too latest by the date.

Accommodation
Every outside delegates / accompanying person registered on or before 30/01/2012 is entitled for free lodging with other hospitalities including meals from the evening of 15th March, 2012 to morning of 19th March, 2012. Organizing Committee will try to accommodate even late registered delegates but does not assure. Local Delegates will be provided with all the lunches and evening teas served during the sessions. Delegate Kits will be provided to each registered person.

Membership 
Membership of Bharatiya Mahila Darshanika Parishad (BMDP) is open to Indian women Intellectuals only. The membership is a subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of BMDP. Those who are willing to have the membership may apply by sending the filled in prescribed Membership Form (given below) along with a D. D. of desired value issued by a nationalized Bank in favour of Bharatiya Mahila Darshanika Parishad payable at BODH GAYA by Regd. Post to Dr. Neelima Sinha, General Secretary (BMDP), Dept. of Philosophy, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya-824 234 , INDIA.

Membership fee
Life Membership : Rs. 2000
Annual Membership : Rs. 200
Student Membership : Rs. 100

The Membership is restricted exclusively to Indian Women; however, others may participate in discussion and even may present their research paper with Special Permission of the executives of BMDP as ‘non-member delegates’.
