Accomodation
Every outside delegates / accompanying person registered on or before 15/01/2010 is entitled for free lodging with all other hospitality including meals from the evening of 27th January, 2010 to morning of 31st January, 2010. Organizing Committee will try to accommodate even late registered delegates but does not assure. Local Delegates will be provided with all the lunches and evening teas served during the sessions. Delegate Kits will be provided to each registered person.

Only Indian Women Intellectuals are illegible for the membership of BMDP (Right reserved to the Executive Committee of BMDP) by paying following fees:
Life Membership : Rs. 800 /-
Annual Membership : Rs. 200 /-
Student Membership : Rs. 100 /- (annual) (For students only)
However, non-member delegates may participate in discussion with a Special Permission of the executives of BMDP.
